Every account includes one free analysis of a shorter conversation, and a free example analysis. The Journal, Crisis Capture, emergency call help, panic exit, app lock, Secure Cloud Backup and the Learn library are included on every account.
Further analyses are one-off purchases in the Sivolo app on iPhone or Android, priced by how much the conversation covers. The app shows you the price before you pay. An analysis you buy does not expire, can also be used in the web app, and if it fails it’s returned to your account to use again.
A monthly or annual subscription that adds Trusted Circle: give a named person, such as a friend, an IDVA or a solicitor, access to the evidence you choose, and revoke it at any time. It renews automatically; manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account.
